Enter into a field of flowers with Artist, Songwriter, Musician, Visionary, Takiya Mason, a musical purist set to carve a new path and reintroduce a directive of love-and-peace music.​  Takiya's artistic path began in Jacksonville, NC at the age of 5 singing in her uncle's church choir "The Sunshine Band". Inspired by the greats before her like Michael Jackson, Lauryn Hill, Aretha Franklin, John Lennon, Etta James, Ray Charles, Stevie Nicks, Stevie Wonder and so many more;  Takiya Mason represents the next wave of artist inspired and motivated to push good music forward.​ Takiya's journey continued ahead leading her to Atlanta Ga, to pursue her musical calling. Takiya landed a publishing deal with "Warner Chappell Music Group". She has written for various artists such as Mya, Jhene Aiko, Natasha Ramos, Keith Sweat, Deemi etc. Takiya is currently working on her debut album "Seeds Of A Sunflower Dream", an organic mix of Pop-Rock and Alternative-Soul due to be released Spring of 2018. Takiya is also working on the launch of her "Love Peace Movement"; a non-profit organization designed to promote unity across racial and cultural divides. In hopes to restore love and peace socially through music, philanthropy, and humanitarian efforts.  Takiya explains "Our true measure of strength always shows up in the face of adversity, I believe love connects us all and I believe my music will be a platform to connect people of all races cultures and beliefs together".​
